Rear Entery Driveway Gate: Again one of my old works some 20 years ago, the scroll work was requested and the photo is the end result. At the same house I made and installed a self opening driveway gate at the rear of the house opening into a back laneway which had huge wind pressure because of direction it faced and our stronge sea breeze in summer. I overcame this by angling flat to relieve the wind pressure and had privatcy at the same time. Hope you like the ideas. Nice work...the gate looks huge. Did it take long to build? By the way, I checked out the candle holder you posted- I like it...what's the gage of the metal that you used to create it? The finish gives the piece a nice touch- a strong piece, yet aged at the same time.
