*The center section was a laser cut pattern (1/4" thick)

*The edges of the pattern were all beveled with flap disks, die grinder burrs and hand files.

*The center groove, on both sides, was hot cut with a chisel top die on my power hammer - set on "soft strike"

*ALL the little scrolls were hand forged and deftly welded to the finished laser cut pattern with my oxy/acet tourch.
