Bends done after bars forged to length, as many in the fire as can be managed, two or three after the first bend. Reeds forged from 1 inch round solid mild steel. Leaves forged from 3/4 inch square solid mild steel drawn flat ,then swaged i/round bottom power hammer die. Window approximately 8ft.x10ft. Pieces had to be very flat to fit snugly against glass.Assembled on floor , one side in reverse. This complicated the layout.Made 2008
