Two 8x10 foot grills, sandwiched together with 1/2 inch plate glass in between. Glass finished with rice grain etching. The panels had to be closely up against the glass so one of them had to be put together bacwards making it hard to get the design tow flow properly without half the elements on the layout(floor) at the same time. Water was forged from 2 1/2 in. x1/2 in bar, in halves. Drawn out first then bent. 4 pieces in coal forge at a time. Reed stems of 1 in. round, leaves 3/4 in.square drawn out then swaged in half round bottom swage on power hammer. Mig welded.Painted
