I posted a closup pic when we were fabricating it in another post. And we've done some without the rivots also, and I agree UGH, but as long as the client is happy I'm happy!! This is so cool. There is a 4 X 8 steel grid much like this down the street from my house laying in a yard in front of a house that they are renovating. It looks like a cover for something. I think they are trowing it away and I want it so bad. This picture makes me not feel so bad about that. ![]() Weaves

Shouldn't there be a gate at the top of the steps? Otherwise there is a big hole in your security. Seriously tho' it is a well done, though labor-intensive job just to keep people from falling down into a stairwell. I still cannot understand why there is no gate. |
