Thanks Adrian, I've been trying to remember what the design reminded me of, and one of the first things suggested was vaulted ceilings. Not sure if that's where the design budded from or not, but I think it ended up working pretty well here. Jake Balcom » reply Great looking railings, How

Thanks Chris, the welding was done with a MIG. The pieces of the pickets were formed, welded, and ground at different times during the fab depending on the accessibility of the joint which unfortunately meant lots of spatter clean up on polished welds. Jake Jake Balcom » reply church railing

Hi Stephen, no treatment, I just blended the transition with a flapper disc. As for my estimates I give both, but the price per foot comes from bidding out the whole job. I created a my own estimate worksheet that walks me through every step of the the process so I don't forget to charge for work that I'm doing. My business became profitable the day after I started using it, lol. I was really surprised to find out how much labor I was giving away. Jake Jake Balcom » reply church rail
