Many thanks for the comments, really appreciate them. The railings were galvanized first, then acid etch primed and finaly i sprayed them with a dark grey hi build vinyl paint. » reply Adrian that rail seems to be

Very inventive ! Is this painted, or how is the coloration achieved?
What materials did you use on this? Is it all mild steel?
