Each chisel (tool) has a history, a master, then handed from generation to generation .. The logos show the owners. There are tools with 6 or more logos .. It means that they are lost in time - date back to 1500/1600.The
sign each tool was due to the fact that more workers were working at the
same project and it was the only way to recognize their tools and to avoid being stolen by others workers. The x
belongs to my teacher, then there are the tools of Quadrelli, Delfino,
Faithful, and others that my memory does not store ...I love these tools.
