Thanks Paula, I saw this technique in a floral magazine only it was done with long thing leaves. Even though the straps were only about 1/16" thick by the time i was done beating on them, the thickness really started to add up, creating challenges where multiple pieces overlapped. Ended up feeling like i was putting together a puzzle, lol. Next time i try this, i think ill use a more 3d(roundish) textured stock of some sort and make the basket a little looser.
