Here is my latest piece of cookware. Steel, inside diameter 6 1/2" by 4 1/2" high (without the lid). I have been inspired by Janet to start trying to improve my patinas/finishes. This is my old standby (H2O2/salt) applied hot, finished with linseed oil and beeswax applied hot. Just did the finish a bit differently this time. Seasoned the inside with Crisco baked on at 375F for 3 hours. Time to eat.
