I think I see quick setting hydraulic cement in those pipes that will give stability and bottom heavyness to the structure. There is always the danger of lopsided or off center balance during fabrication, but you probably tied it up securely? Will the tree be out in the open or sheltered? Looks like a fine TIG job from here.
