The right amount of detail

Hi Mele;
I think design has somewhere in it a discipline based upon minimals. For instance, a soap bubble encloses the maximum amount of air with the minimum amount of material.

In metalworking, like in the other visual arts, we have to have "good brakes", meaning that we need to know when to stop adding stuff to impress the client or whatever else might be our goal.
