I was lucky enough to meet up with some online metalsmiths a week or so ago in PA. What a great time we had! I ame in from MD, one from NJ, one from NJ, another two from PA.

So in reading the Sandbox today and seeing the reminder of the Shindig - though its too far for me to go - I encourage everyone to attempt to attend! It is SO good to get together with online friends - to share and show and encourage. :)

I had the opportunity to show some anticlastic raising/forming....and saw the beautiful work of other artists up close and in person!

Really inspiring - or intimidating - it ocurs to me it may be the latter since I've not touched my tools since!
