Just got word the rep. from the art counsel is coming by on Thursday with the developer from a townhouse park this is about to open.

They want to talk about leaseing some of my big stuff for the entry drive. Also some for a walkway or two.

Anyone ever lease to someone like this?

What questions should I be asking?

I have the feeling I should walk away from this one..

Any comments??
