as for blank silver vaces & stuf, i have not seen them on the for sale. I live in the netherlands, schoonhoven (witch is a town with a big history in the trade). you can order forced(don't know forcing is the same in english. when you raise a sheet with a late) blank shapes here. I think most big silverware company's can do the same for you.
as fore pitch, moost goldsmithing suplyers sell it. you could probably mail order it. and if that doesn't work check the web for recipes.
I think the best advices I could give you is to do some networking in your aria, contact a goldsmith(they are ofthe mor comen than silversmiths) and ask where he buys his tools. its a good idea to know the people in the trade nearby anyway.
