Nice simple tool for necking

Nice simple tool for necking down that pipe or a tenon, Walker.

I have watched many people work to slip their hot parts into the hole between the top and bottom dies of the sliding guide variety. A skill they master, much as juggler does, but for something where radial alignment of the dies is all that is required this would be lots easier to use.

One thing I might add would be a extension off the top die, tapering up so that it sticks out beyond the bottom die. That way one could lift the top die with the workpiece without setting down your hammer.
