Hi Jake and thank you,
The panels are the veneers cherry (main) and coffee bubinga burl (inner rectangles and circles), pretty stuff, and then the 1/8 x 3/4 x 3/4 ss angle inside and outside frames. The electro polishing is cool stuff, I heard of it here from Giuseppe, but he got some gold in his somehow (I'm guessing post heating it). Any how, you do all your stuff and then they dip the pieces in some chemical and shock the crap out of it. Luckily I had the mind to make a little sample (with different grinding and polishing levels and so on) and send it to them, I was surprised at how much it doesn't do, but, you basically can treat the piece as if you were polishing it, but eliminate the last fine sanding and buffing steps. The legs we just didn't touch accept were we welded. It really saves a lot of time like DAYS OF WORK, it’s a great process.
Hope all this rambling helps
Matt
