Got the itch to do something other than knives for a few days. I swear to God, If i see another piece of damascus, I'm going to throw up......
This gal is made from 1 1/4 square stock and smaller. Just good old forging and some MIG. The stone was a blocl of mystersy material covered in tar and concrete when I found but boy did she clean up. I just always hate photographing this stuff. As metalsmiths. we know how massive 1 1/4 solid is but it always looks likes twigs on the picture.
