Nice to see the copper turning into art.
You know Susan, when they gave us our first metal project back in 7th grade shop, it was an aluminum pendant (actually a punch press knockout but we only got 1 - 1.5 inch dia piece to work with, little direction and no practice.
"Here are letter punches center punches a couple chisels. go to it."
No discussion of design, no discussion of forming possiblities, cut out sections, textures, . . .
Mine came out pretty ugly . .
Never had an art teacher, let alone a jewelery prof.
