It was chased on a mandrel similar to the one I made and posted pictures of earlier that I made my chasing tool holder with. large mandrel: This the large mandrel (6" i think) that was used for chasing designs on large copper pipe. This is what gave me the idea to make the smaller (2") mandrel for all of the scrap 2" copper pipe I have.
