Bracelets

Bravo Valerie and Asalid
You have learned about the jewelers saw..Two things happen when learning to saw, one there is mastering the sawing action making curves staying straight. The other is learning how to change blades..In the beginning it was a toss up which I was better at. I'm glad you took on the extra work of building bracelets. They have a magic moment when they turn from a flat sheet of metal into something wearable. Wearable is big deal in the jewelry world, though often overlooked by today's designers. What could you do to make them more wearable? Bracelets, anklets, and arm bands are basically the same shape, do you see that each one of them is a different design problem? Cookie time. The opening of your bracelet can be made smaller. Here's how to put it on. The thickness of your hand is less than the thickness of your wrist. Slip the bracelet on between your pointer finger and your middle finger over the palm of the hand. Cant wait to see what you come up with next..Well done.. Brad
