Thanks for the advice. I read in one of your earlier posts you suggested mig welding brass. Is that on option with thinner material(16ga)? The decorative grillwork that I'm working on is composed of various bar stock and strips of sheetmetal. Because of all that is going on it has some joints that could be awkward with a tig. I definitely want a clean finished look and need to polish all joints out.
By the way, I'm fairly new to using blogs. Do I need to respond to everyones posts separately or can I respond to both at once?
