Most of the components were made hot and shaped as you see them. Then i added them one piece at a time, placing the glass in the 'holder' to figure out where the piece looked the best, (cold 'tweaking' when needed) then took the glass out and welded the part on. I let the metal cool in between welds so there was no chance of breaking the glass... or at least hoped...... I'm anxious to start on my next 'art' piece... thanks for the compliment!!! REALLY!
