It's built onsight at the brick factory. Then taken apart, fired, boxed and sent to the artist, Jerome Ferretti. At first, he commissioned me to make carving tools for this huge job. After I made the tools he asked me to help him with the job. I said yes. Now I'll spend the next month building and carving flowers in wet bricks. Its hard work, but who's going to do it? Jerome told me that this project is the largest 3-D carved brick work in North America.
