I cast in Everdure Bronze but some art is cast in Herculoy (I don't us it as it has zinc in it for better pouring, but it welds poorly and I do not like the zinc fumes). Aluminum, stainless, steel, iron, precious metals and exotic metals can be cast in in the ceramic shells that I cast in. Bronze TIG welds very well. Try beating on some bronze sometime. Looks beautiful and a whole different feeling. Special forging alloys are available, one source is Atlas Metals in Denver CO.
