Still having problems removing and posting a new picture.

Hi Enrique,
I've deleted and deleted and deleted that older picture and it won't permanently go away. I've uploaded a new picture 6 or 7 times. Still not working. I've deleted the picture, logged out, logged back in and uploaded a new picture and the old one pops up again.Another picture from OctoberAnother picture from October
