You're absolutely right about experiencing 'at this moment everything is fine.' I like to think of it as "Creating Our Own Reality." There's a lot to it. We have a tendency to create blocks to stumble on. And sometimes we just need to take a break from it all. But sooner or later, what we create comes right back at us.
Grinding can be hard. But it can also be a time for inner reflection. I have a tendency to go inside my head when I have lots of grinding to do. I also find myself at times getting into the "zen" of it... watching the scale being removed, seeing the beauty of steel coming through... and then there's the soot going up my nose, and the ringing in my ears... but it's all good when the day is done.
