I've got an already bent length of 1" stainless to which I need to add a tighter bend radius - taking it from about a 2-ft radius down to about 1 1/2 feet or so. (It's a sailboat bow pulpit.)

I can probably grab the ends in a come-along or something, but I'm worried about collapsing. And there's the question of spring-back.
