Have you ever considered explosive forming? It works well if you are at a distance form civilization. I know this is how they produce some nose cones for missels. Of course you will have to approach it with parameters that are safe and available to you.

I once saw something about a lady in her sixties forming artwork from huge pieces of sheetmetal using strip explosives. Best of luck!
