Hello! I was toying with copper wire and a soldering iron and created something - now I am hooked. I bought a propane torch, pickle stuff,paste solder, saw, brick, and sheet of copper. Can any of you pros give me some beginner advice, especially torch safety, lighting, and application. I'm a bit scared of the torch but am determined. If I could get some pointers I feel I could just get started and explore - is it that simple to just start exploring? I know I am not going to "make" anything for awhile, I just want to get the feel and start the ball rolling. Thanks for any help.
