I have a job that requires forged stainless and must appear to be forged steel i.e. the same finish. The architect spec. out 304 or 303 stainless. I have no experience with this and was hoping someone out there could advise me if this is the proper material and how do I treat it after forging. This is for an outdoor sculpture and the hope was that this would be more weather resistant and retain the same feel as regular forged steel?
