I just reread my post and obviously it doesn't make sense. The formula should be:

2 parts WD-40

2 parts Thin-X

1 part Boiled Linseed Oil

Thin-X is a brand of paint thinner that is claimed to be be lower in fumes. Any paint thinner will do.
