I've just moved in to a new apartment and need some feedback on some of my plans.

Two of the walls in the kitchen are red brick walls. My plan is to use a corten plate over the kitchen sink to cover the dreadfull white wall that's there at the moment. I hope to obtain a rusty finish which can look good next to the brick walls.

I know that it can be difficult to work with corten, espesially to obtain the right finish.

Is it doable? Any major pitfalls?
