I did check into this as a client was considering some copper colored castings and I was going to do it in "contact copper" as it is supposed to pour and work much better than pure copper but has the same color as pure copper. I would be interested to hear what you come up with if you proceed with the pure copper. If I work with any I will post the results. Kiddie pool dip ehh Bruce.
