Di-Acro, was liquidated following the loss of trade price suit against the Japanese (3mil in attny fees gone), lollowed by a long strike.

The product line was divided amongst the other Houldaille companyies. (Houldaille is now gone too)

The company that got most of the benders and hand tools is Strippit.
