Supposedly they got busted by the feds for selling materials for

drug making to unlicensed manufacturers, they are no longer in business.

The 35% stuff is used for rocket fuel! It will not only burn you it will explosivly combine with other materials. For patina uses there is no reason to buy 35%, stick to the 3% drugstore variety.
