Thanks for the quick reply
The machine I picked up is an older model which was sold by
Miller. I saw the unit when it was complete about five years ago. The part that is missing looked like a 150-200 mig welder as I recall. The part I have is a Miller blue box about the size of a average electric service box for a home and is mounted on a pedestal about 4' tall with twin wire spool holders above it. There are two heavy plastic tubes attached for the wire to go through.
On the front of the box is a metal plate with the following information:
Mogul Arc Spray Systems .... By Metalizing Co. Of America.... Model HK 400 .... CP1 115 Volts/ .2 Amps
There are two gauges on the front of the box (Motor air and Atomizing air) with control valves attached inside. There are three standard size air fittings also on the front of the box. These things are mounted on the door of the box and it doesn't look like there was anything else in the box originally. The gun assembly seems to be pretty much intact. It has an air hookup on the bottom and a wire feed type set of rollers on each side. Although I won't know for sure until I can get a manual from Miller,I believe the drive motor for the rollers is probably in the gun, since it is rather large. This would explain the 115 Volts, since I doubt that you could vaporize and spray metal without 220. This is about all I know about it right now.
