I would like to see what I can come up with casting sculpted panels for doors.
I am a jewelery artist by trade and looking into the larger pieces. I have also started looking into resin casting and mold making with various rubber types. I have tried forever to find a source for the "Green Sand" you refered to but can't find anything less than a 55 gal drum of the stuff. Do you have a source for it.
I do all phases of small works and do induction casting with hydrogen and nitrogen for a cover gas to eliminate all oxygen to
the metal and totally eliminate fire scale.
