If it were me. I would make a master pattern at a double shrink factor and cast a bunch of aluminum patterns and then mount them on a matchplate to cast multiple copies at the same time. this is fairly easy to do. I've never done it with electrical components but I have done it with machine parts.

I didn't say how large the part was or the kind of detail and other particulars but I'd go with sandcasting. Getting a steel die made is SPENDY. I was quoted over $5800.00 to get a simple permanent mold made from a pattern/foundry outfit. I decided to make the matchplate and corebox myself and the part turns out just as good.
