I put 2 to 3 light coats of Clear Krylon Spray Enamel Paint from Wal-Mart @ about $2.50 a can on my propane torch treated copper tube windchimes. I have several sets hanging outside in the sun for over a year now, without peeling or yellowing. Krylon is the only thing I found that worked properly. However. I do use rubbing compound, then Wax them before they are sold. Now,INCRALAC was recommended by folks in the group. It's a Great product but too expensive for me to keep my sets of chimes competitively priced. Hope this helps you!
