We use either 1 or 2% catalyst, i have just looked up a list and that basically means for 25g of resin you need 0.25 or .5 ml of catalyst or 7 or 15 drops (depending on whether you do 1 or 2 %). If where you are is very warm I would stick to one but if you find its taking forever to go off then go to two - again its a balance between curing and cracking.

ps. we buy dispenser bottles from the resain supplier which dispense the catalyst safely and in easily measured amounts.

pps. the weight of resin should be worked out before you put any filler in.
