Were you trying to use the RTV molds to cast int or did you use them to make waxes and then invest/cast the flasks? As stated in another post, high temperature silicon rubber is used for spin casting but you can also get high temp RTV silicon rubber that you can cast into directly. You should be able to gravity cast as long as you vent the mold. Also, you might look at the metal you are using,,,,, there are many different pewter alloys.
