I have had excellent results using 8 bottles of "Murhpy's Oil Soap" to a 5 gallon bucket of water. I use a jiffy mixer to create a super saturated solution. You can find the soap at the grocery store. I cast a 5 story cast stone with it, using it as a concrete to concrete separater. Works just as well with plaster. For large molds I spray it on heavy, for small I brush it. Surface should feel slick. You can see the large casting at www.wyominggold.com, click on "OLP Shrine."
