You need to get a book on the subject, try Lindsay Publications.

Dave Gingery's book "The Charcoal Foundry" (or similar title, I don't have it handy.) is a good place to start. I learned The basics from John Strong's "Proceedures in Experimental Physics", (now also available from Lindsey) which has a section on foundry work.

I am sure there are suppliers and/or craftsmen in your area that will be glad to help.

Ordinary portland cement WILL NOT stand up to the temperatures you need.

Remember: "There are no little accidents in a foundry."

Be careful.

After doing some reading you will have more specific questions that can be more easily answered.
