INS-TUFF from AP Green, is sodium silicate only, said one of their reps. That can be gotten at local suppliers--possibly radiator supplies, boiler repair supplies, plumbing, gaskets.

It is so common that I have a bottle that came from a hardware store. Alas, since the advent of an MSDS for EVERYTHING, I have not seen such at Home Depot.....
