From your description, does this diagram correspond to your fluidized air bed sand system?

How many cfm do you recommend?

To simplify construction of the flanges,

I would probably use a square or

rectangular bin rather than a round barrel

I've taken 3 bronze casting classes

using the ceramic shell process from

The Art League in Alexandria VA. My largest

project so far is a 2 piece

(5# & 17#) cast of a hollow torso that needs

to be welded together, a total

weight of 22 lbs.

I just found this forum earlier this week.

I'm finding your forum very instructive.

Thanks

Ed
