Ok!....What would be wrong with fitting a stronger vac source to a stronger metal or like material container, and enclosing it into a heavvvy plastic bag and proceeding? Is it that, it won't do the job, that spattering by hand is a better and more efficient method? I have used a bell jar (extemely efficient, fast and easy), but the price for large sized ones is astronomical. The bag idea would allow for varied job sizes, and actually with the same bag if necessary, for a fraction of the expense. Just for reference; I have a friend, with a vacuum table (4'x8') used in the lamination industry which uses. He demo-ed it for me and snaped a 2' long 2x4 across the grain in a few seconds... I maybe should not have given this method as the cure to the problem and really didn't intend to, but maybe as an alternative idea
