The Metal coating is sprayed cold, with a mixture of 85% metal powder and 15% patented resin binder. The special binder has a chemical reaction with the bronze oxide covered powder and creates not only a phyisical bond but a chemical bond.

The metal coating will last a life time, but if the metal is polished to a mirror finish as opposed to chemical patinas or natural oxidation, it has to be clear coated and the clear coatings offered are only guaranteed for ten years out of doors.

The metal coating can be applied to any substrate.
