This is the last in a series of video tutorials on using the artmetal.com web site. The tutorial goes over the initial setup a new user should consider implementing when they first log into their account. In essence, the tutorial shows how to customize the users experience here at ArtMetal. Setting up subscriptions to groups/forums, blogs, individual posts, and buddy lists is an important concept to understand so that the individual can be notified of content that is specific to their interests.
This video is a QuickTime Movie using the H.264 decoder and is 41 minutes long and ONLY takes up 21 megs in bandwidth. That's the main reason I am using the new QuickTime format. If you do not have QuickTime 7 installed, please go to the Apple QuickTime web site and download a FREE copy of this great audio/video software that is available for Windows AND Macs! The software can be found at: http://www.apple.com/quicktime/
Oh, and don't forget to also view the other two tutorials on "Creating a Blog Post" and "Uploading Images" to the artmetal.com web site. With these three video tutorials, you should become an expert in posting and navigating a customized version of the ArtMetal web site specifically suited to your interests! If you have any questions or comments, please do let me know.
