Wow, ok.. I have found a new option to learning!
I'm really excited to have found this site and I'm hoping I can continue with my self teaching.. with a little help from new friends.
I have a shop on Etsy.. http://www.vintagemomcreations.etsy.com and a great blog.. if you want to learn about me and my wonderfully eclectic family.
I just signed up for art metal and.. well.. I suppose this is where I should begin.
I want to work with sterling silver sheets.. to create the lovely native american cuffs that my cherokee roots beg for !!
wado ( thank you in cherokee)

Renita welcomed to this

Renita welcomed to this site, although I`m fairly new too. Your work is neat and fresh, light.Probably, a woman could use better adjectives to describe the beauty in your jewlery. Interestingly, I have indian inspired work that someone like you with such indian heritage will enjoy more than any.Frankly, I don`t have indian roots as far I could trace back, but my attraction to all native cultures, whether
related to Cherokees,Incas, or some tribe from the Amazone, I feel expiritually conected to them. It`s a great inner joy I experience doing that sort of work and even get emotional. Soon I`ll post a pic of one of by best sculptures, should I say one of the few I love the most: "Gran Chaman". Nelson.
